Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to publish a CSA, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The custom subject area was not published. Contact your help desk. (ZCX-3075108)

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 63, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged in to OSC, go to App composer.
2. Click on Custom Subject Area,
3. Create a new CSA, add the objects, fields and configure other details.
4. Submit the CSA

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create report and view the analysis.
