Client has the following requirement:

In the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of a project, the planned start/end date may differ from the actual start/end date of the task.
Now when the date is updated by a project manager, the same should go for an approval to several stakeholders.
Each task will have multiple stakeholders and they should approve to confirm the completion date.
Unless approval is done, date cannot be updated.
Unless date is updated, the next task date also cannot be updated and progress cannot be filled.
Hence there should be a control for all tasks in the WBS
