After uploading a flat file of planning data to Fusion using uploadFileToUcm,
when using submitESSJobRequest to submit a run of the ESS job Load Planning Data from Flat Files,
what should be provided for the 4th parameter (ContendId of the zipfile uploaded to UCM)?
