Functional Setup Manager (FSM) import process failed to load Project Expenditure type (Business object: Project Expenditure Type)
with the following error

JBO-PJF:::PJF_UOM_INACTIVE: PJF-2236460 The unit of measure is inactive.
Review and report the errors for this object to product Project Foundation.
