Goal

Why Revenue Is Not Getting Recognized When Satisfaction Date Is Arrived?

We have so many contracts where satisfaction date is Today's date (31-jan-2018). But today when I check the contract, then still revenue is not recognized for these contracts. please advice why Identify Customer Contract process has not created any contracts.
