Attendees Of Meeting Should Not Change The Meeting Timings (Doc ID 2362782.1)

Created an appointment(meeting) from Sales Cloud and synced it with Outlook. Then added more participants from Outlook (internal and external). Then again synced it with Sales Cloud Application. Then I observed that attendees can change the timing of the appointment. It should not happen. Only owner of the appointment should be able to change the timings of the appointment. How to achieve it?
