How to add custom text in a document under document of records

Customer requirement to add a custom text in a document under document of records page. Example is given below.

In DFF context area, there is no possibility of adding standalone content that can be put different sections and each section with different segments.

        Segment 2
        --Blank Line --

Section 2
        Segment 3
        Segment 4
        --Blank Line --

Section 3
        Segment 5
        Segment 6
        --Blank Line --

They had exhausted all fields ie 50 fields for their requirement.
