On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contacts are added in OSC, But not pulling in CPQ

Customer has contacts in OSC, when they call a REST API, these contacts are not returned

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It suppose to pull the contact records

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call REST API to get all contacts for an account

2. Contacts are not returned
