No Actions Can Be Taken When There Is An Error In Credit Memo Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Fusion, 188.8.131.52.0 version, on collections, creating a Dispute via Collections and internally Credit Memo Approval Workflow is called.
If for some reason the Workflow errors out, no additional activity can be performed on the disputed transaction. Neither can cancel the Workflow, or Re-submit.
Expecting to be able to cancel os resubmit the workflow
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Collections > Customer
3. Select a transaction and create a dispute
4. Review if the credit memo approval fails and observed there is not able to cancel the workflow
