After a FTE Change the data on Incumbent Details is not showing correctly

There is a row with FTE=1 01.11.2017 - 28.02.2018 and FTE=0,8 23.04.2017 - never expire

Employee must have FTE = 1 01.11.2017 - 28.02.2018 and then FTE=0.8 from 01.03.2018 - never expire

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an employee
2. Add FTE value
3. Change FTE with action reason FTE Change
4. The results not showing correctly
