Information in this document applies to any platform.
When exporting the Engage report, there are many interactions on spreadsheet without any data or showing as N/A.
A significant amount of interactions from Engage team is seen, but we are missing a lot of the data in the columns for Time To Read, Post/Comment Responded To, or Time To Respond.
