Identity bridge not logging into IDBridge.log after changing the log level

Try to increase the log level of the bridge from its default info value to any other supported like for example trace editing the log4net.config.

After doing the change nothing more is logged in the IDBridge.log file.

The last line we see is the one when we stopped the bridge to change the logger level

2018-02-20 10:00:46,849 [15] INFO IDBridge - Service shutting down. Sync cycles will not be run until service is restarted
