Could Not See Errors In TCA Bulk Error Report RELSHIPS_MATCHING fails with return code 12801 (Doc ID 2363356.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Customer Import

Actual behavior
-----------------

Could not see errors in TCA bulk error report
We have imported customer data using FBDI and preimport was successful for parties, party sites , site uses, accounts, account sites and account site uses ,party relationships and account relationships but we were few errors in contact points, then  I have done complete import.

Complete import completed with errors in accounts ,account sites site uses relationships contacts and contact points.

We are not able to see error related data of customer accounts in TCA Bulk import error report for that batch.

ERROR

No error message in the TCA Bulk Import Report for Customer Accounts Tab



STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload Customer
2. Customer Management > Query the Batch ID And review the report


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot identify the issue why customer import is ending in an error
