Attachments Tab in BP Log Standard View Takes a Long Time to Display Information (Doc ID 2363531.1)

When a record is selected in a Business Process (BP) log, Standard View, the Attachments tab takes a while to display the attachment's information.  When switching to another record it can take up to a minute or more.  For some records a "processing" wheel displays; for other records it does not.
