Attachment in BP Log Standard View Takes A Long Time to Display Information

When in a Business Process (BP) log, Standard View, if a user selects a record, the attachments tab takes a while to show the attachment's information. When switching to another record, it can take up to a minute or more. For some records, there is a processing wheel. For other records, there is nothing.
