Symptoms

Performance Issue in Revenue Lines - Production Environment
Opportunity > go to any opportunity record details page > Revenue Lines >
enter any value to Product field > tab out - user has to wait 2-3 seconds for the next field to be populated with its lov values >
if immediately click on the next field lov, do not see any values; second click brings the values visible
same happens to all the next fields in this Revenue Lines
User reports this is very difficult and needs values in lov fields populated quickly
