How to stop synchronize all appointments from Outlook to OSC?

Goal

Customer has a question. Is there a way for them to select which appointments should be synced to Sales Cloud. Currently all the appointments are getting synced. They only want appointments which are related to Sales cloud to be synced. What kind of a filter should they set for this?
