All outbound integration from the Oracle Public Cloud is routed through a proxy server. Customers may have a firewall with IP restrictions on inbound integration (outbound from the Cloud).
If you are on Gen1 OPC you can find the IP for your data center here: What are the OPC Proxy (Legacy) IP Addresses for Outbound Integration? <Note 2206655.1>
Otherwise if on Gen2 OCI the IPs can be found in: What are the OCI Gen2 IP Addresses for Outbound Integration? <Note 2662320.1>

You have received the Cloud Proxy IP but do not know how to obtain the range from the information provided.
Note: In OCI the IP is not a range so the information in this note does not apply. It is for OPC clients only.
