CPQ Unable To Trigger ICS Flows (Doc ID 2364068.1)

On : NA version, Oracle CRM/CX adapters ( OSC, Eloqua, CPQ, Netsuite etc)

ICS Stopped receiving any trigger from CPQ which was working fine earlier.

ICS Should receive trigger from CPQ

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a trigger from CPQ to invoke ICS flow and note it won't trigger.
