After Upgrade To 18.x Error 'Cannot Load TreeGrid CSS style !' Is Shown on Landing Page (Doc ID 2364073.1)

When attempting to access Instantis EnterpriseTrack immediately after upgrade to version 18.2, the Loading Page is not displaying per designed user interface and the following error occurs.


Cannot Load TreeGrid CSS style !

STEPS to Reproduce:

1. Access as any user with correct credentials (in a browser that has cache cleared, or in a browser not used by Instantis EnterpriseTrack previously)
2. Instantis allows access, but page is not navigable
3. pop up box displays message (as noted in error section above)


 Account upgraded past version 18.1, User accessing through non-cached browser
