Symptoms

When attempting to add a report in the Reports module, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
No data found.
Failed to establish connection to reporting server.
To resolve this issue, contact your administrator
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM - 000000000


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access the Reports module
  2. Click on the Add button
