New Picklist Value is Not Updated for Some Records in Report of History Subject Area

We changed a value of an Account picklist field on 2/7/2018. However, the picklist field still shows the original picklist value for some accounts in Asset History Subject Areas.
The picklist value should show the new picklist value for these accounts in Asset History Subject Areas.
