Trigger Always Ending In Error With Value Exceeds The Number Of Decimal Places Allowed

The customer created a Trigger which computes Total Purchase Order Value based upon computations on custom fields. Trigger event defines as "Before Update in Database"
Upon click on Save it is always ending up with error as
"Value 227,906,892.5525 for field 6D Services (INR) exceeds the number of decimal places allowed."
