Login Page Displays When Drilling Through To General Ledger (GL) From Data Management (DM) Module In Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) (Doc ID 2364277.1)

Symptoms

You're inside the DM module within FCCS.  You attempt to drill through to your Oracle GL Cloud instance, but instead of automatically being logged in, another login page appears.  If you submit your credentials, a warning/informational message is displayed instead of the expected Detail page.  If you're already signed into GL in a parallel session, the drill through goes right into GL without a login prompt.
