On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

Why Can't I see "Partners - CRM Program Enrollments Real Time" subject area?

Customer do not have access to the subject area "Partners - CRM Program Enrollments Real Time"

According to the document How can the access permissions for the Subject Areas in the BI Repository be established and what are the roles assigned by default in the RPD ? (Doc ID 1487201.1), the subject area exists for the following roles:

Application Role FBI_PARTNER_ORG_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
Application Role FBI_PARTNER_CHANNEL_ADMINISTRATIVE_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY
Application Role FBI_PARTNER_CHANNEL_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY

Customer have the Channel Administrative Transaction Analysis Duty role but still cannot see this Subject Area.

Why is this the case?
