Unable to Schedule a Parts Import Without Delta Being Enabled (Doc ID 2364405.1)

Symptoms

Upon attempting to schedule a Parts Import without the Delta option, the newly scheduled integration is listed on the "Scheduled Integrations" table with a "Delta Details" column value of "Yes", meaning that the scheduled integration will be run with the Delta option.

Changes

The site was upgraded to 2017 R1 Update 5 or later.
