Symptoms

On : Rel 12 version, UK Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee's DOB is 05/06/1995, i.e. he turns 22 on 05/06/2017.
This date falls in pay period 12 2017 Lunar Month which has start date of 07-may-2017 and end date of 03-jun-2017.
This pay period maps to "Pay Reference period as per Tax Weeks)" to start date 01-jun-2017 and end date of 28-jun-2017 when Pension Automatic Enrolement process (PAE) was run for period 12 2017, it did not assess the employee as Eligible Job-Holder (EJH)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee to be automatically enrolled as EJH if earnings are above the QEAET


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee's DOB is 05/06/1995, i.e. he turns 22 on 05/06/2017.
2. Run PAE
