This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to request other users in your company to be added to the Retail Cloud Environment notifications email list. This email list will be for notifications about upgrades, monthly updates, planned downtime, and maintenance periods. Oracle recommends setting up a distribution list at your company and registering your distribution list for the notifications.
