When Updating An Employees New Home Address the following Error is Seen: HRX-1560309 (Doc ID 2364552.1)

Symptoms


After updating/adding an employees new home address, the prior home address still appears. Attempted to completely delete the prior address and the prior address still appears.

There are currently two US addresses listed in the employee's record.

The following error is seen:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:N: Person Management

1. N: Person Management

2. Search for the Employee

3. Attempt to delete the address

4. Receive the Error and the Address remains.
