Service Requests Subtab In Edit Contact Page Not Showing Any Service Requests (Doc ID 2364707.1)

When viewing the Service Requests subtab on the Edit Contact page, the user is seeing the following error mage.


This contact has not been synchronized with Oracle Service Cloud yet. Incident information should be available soon.

Replication Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service Request and associate it to a contact, save
2. Edit the contact
3. Click on the Service Request subtab
