Symptoms

Incremental Schedule Export Job getting triggered at incorrect time
There is scheduled Business Plan Object Export job using Manage File Export Activities to be triggered on incremental basis Starting at 2/10/18 9:00 PM with a Repeat Frequency of 8 Hours.
But the Job is not getting scheduled at the expected time.
