"Your connection to the Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service cannot be established. Contact your help desk" error when clicking on the Primary Contact in Account List page (Doc ID 2364831.1)

Symptoms

When going to SUI->Accounts, in the landing page, if you click on the name of the Primary Contact, then an error message will show up:

Error Message: "Your connection to the Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service cannot be established. Contact your help desk".

Customer says that they do not have DaaS license. In Manage Sales Cloud to Data Cloud Integration task, no values are added, for either the URL or the Security Policy. Also, 'Enable Enrichment for Contact' is not ticked in Manage Social Data and Insight Cloud Attribute Mapping and Enrichment Preferences.
