Automate Load Time card Batch Process
We have an issue with load time card batch process which transfers time card to payroll component.
The process has a sub process in the name of upload. We need to go to task in that upload sub process and then click on done to Complete the process successfully which involves manual effort.
We have automated all the processes from transferring the data form biometric vendor system to fusion system through REST web service and processing the time card into fusion system.
Now, manual intervention is required to transfer the loaded time card to payroll.
Is there any way to automate this process ?
1. Navigator > Payroll > Checklist;
2. under Payroll Checklist > Task menu > Submit a Payroll Flow > upon selecting the LDG filtering on Flow Pattern Task: Load Time Card Batches > Submit a process to validate and transfer new and changed time card entries to calculation cards
3. Next entering the Flow Details (Flow Pattern: Load Time Card Batches, Payroll Flow: Process1, Interface Type: ORACLE FUSION TIME AND LABOR following the train stop > Submit > Ok and View Checklist
4. Checking the Task Details for the Payroll Flow previously submitted > a manual task called "Upload File" can be seen > this has to be checked manually by Go to Task > press Done
(only after the process will get started and going thru completion - otherwise the process will remain in "In Progress" status for a long period of time)
