Issue is user specific. Other users do not experience this issue and Close Manager functions properly for them
After logging into FCCS and clicking Close Manager, instead of the module loading, an empty white screen appears. If you click the reload/refresh button on the browser, then confirm any dialog prompts, a generic error appears: "An error has occurred". If you close/re-open Close Manager, the screen renders successfully. But the issue repeats again the next time you login to FCCS and access Close Manager.
No known changes have impacted the system and many users do not experience this problem.
