Error HZ_IMP_ACTION_MISMATCH during Customer Import

When I Import Customers using Bulk Import some sheets fail with error HZ_IMP_ACTION_MISMATCH - You cannot complete the import process because there is an import action mismatch between
interface table columns and import process definition.
