Object Workflow Condition Is Not Working (Doc ID 2364957.1)

The requirement is to trigger a workflow on a certain condition. The customer has implemented the solution in the test environment and it worked fine and as expected. On implementing the same solution in Production environment, it is not working as expected. The workflow is triggered irrespective of condition.

The condition depends on a custom date field.
