Symptoms


An Order is defined with User Defined Attributes:

Order Release.ATTRIBUTE17 = 3
Order Release.ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 = 3

A Rate Record is created with:

Basis line 1: Order Flex Field Qualifier = User Defined Attribute 17 (or) User Defined Attribute Number 1
Basis line 2: "Selected" Order String Flex Field Value (or) Order Number Flex Field Value
Basis line 2 Operator: BETWEEN
Basis line 2 Low Value: 3
Basis line 2 High Value: 5

When Low Value set to 3, then the Order with attribute = 3 fails to plan

If Low Value changed to 2, then the Order with attribute = 3 plans and Order with attribute = 2 fails to plan

The error in both cases where the Order fails to plan is:
