Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs
Two records are imported for each inventory transaction line
For each inventory transaction (Account Alias Issue or Movement Request Issue) line :
two records are imported to project cost
one record with Qty , Raw Cost Rate = 0 , Raw Cost 0
second record with correct QTY , Raw Cost Rate & Raw Cost.
Is QTY duplicated?
