ETL Executing Twice Per Day Even Though Only A Single Schedule Frequency Defined And No Manual Execution Was Triggered

The schedule frequency for an ETL has ability to define a daily or weekly schedule. When set to daily, you can pick a single time for executing an ETL schedule. However, one of the data sources was running two scheduled intervals in a single day but the Analytics Administration application does not provide ability to define more than a single ETL schedule when the schedule frequency is set to daily.
For ability to have an ETL run more than once a day through a defined ETL schedule.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Analytics Administration application
2. Browse to the datasource >schedule tab
3. Set the Schedule Frequency to Daily
4. Note that only a single Runtime is defined and does not allow ability to define more than one runtime.
