Error: "Invalid Requests" When Attempting to Select "Run ETL" or Add, Change, or Remove an ETL Schedule Frequency Within the Analytics Administration Application

When attempting to select "Run ETL" or add, change, remove a schedule frequency after being in the Analytics Administration application for a period of time, the page redirects to a screen with the following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Analytics Administration Application
2. Select the Data Source or Schedule link
3. Allow the application to sit idle for a period of time
4. If on the Data Source page select "run ETL"; or if on the Schedule page attempt to adjust and save a schedule frequency
5. View the reported error
