When attempting to Click on Received Response in the Last Launched Initiative info let
the following error occurs.


An application error occurred.See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred.Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident:40,Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance:UIServer_1, Application Name:ORA_FSCN_UIAPP

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Supplier Qualification
3. Create Qualification
4. Send to Suppliers
5.Supplier Responds
6. On SQM Overview page in the Last Initiative Launched infolet select the hyperlink for Received Response
