Additional fields can be added to the Work History, Education, Certificates and Licenses, References, or Residences sections presented to candidates completing the Career Center application workflow. New Candidate Special Fields can be created as needed, or previously-created Candidate Special Fields can be added to the application workflow if they already exist.
