Enhancement Request: Engage column preview to show latest reply in message thread (Doc ID 2365806.1)

On : NA version, Engage

Engage message preview pane doesn’t show latest reply from thread, but the initial message
1. when filtering the Engage Column settings and displaying messages, in the column overview the message shown is not the most recent reply in the thread, but the initial message,.
2. Despite using the filter icon from Newest to Oldest both on the column overview and inside the message content, the most recent reply still shows as being the initial message in the thread.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the most recent replies of a message without having to enter the message content itself and arrange the filter from Newest to Oldest in the message.
