Error When Trying to Select 'Allow Multiple Item Category Assignments' (Doc ID 2365884.1)

Goal

Users are unable to select the 'Allow Multiple Item Category Assignments' check box in the Manage Functional Area Catalog.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Functional Area Catalogs
2. Select Purchasing Catalog -> Edit -> and the user wants to check 'Allow multiple item category assignments'
3. But when trying to save the change -> Customer gets the following error message:
