Symptoms

When a user using the mobile app attempts to access a record, the following error message is displayed:

ERROR

'Record associated with the task has not been downloaded from the server. You must be online to download the record'

NOTE: The user encountering this issue has permission to view and modify the record they are trying to access in the iOS app.
