Wrong number displayed in OSC for Amount in (without decimals)

When a Quote is created through OSC to CPQ to OSC integration reach-back, the same total value should be stored / displayed in both components.
For some reason, OSC displays integer and missing the two decimal numbers after the comma.

The quote is created in OSC should have decimal points and not only integers.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Opty -> Quote -> Create Quote
3. Fill in Quote Information and submit it back to Sales Cloud
4. Quote is showing only integer not decimal.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their quote prices correctly in Sales Cloud which is impacting their accuracy of reporting quotes.
