Some System Data Elements Cannot Be Configured To "Sum Of All Rows" In Summary Total

System Data Elements "Work Complete This Period" (uuu_spa_amt_tp) and "Quantity This Period" (uuu_spa_qty_tp) cannot be set to summarize the rows. The following Alert message is displayed when attempted:
"Alert This data entry is not suitable for defining summary total."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Company Workspace > Admin Mode > uDesigner > Business Processes > Payment Applications BP > Detail Form.
2) Open PayApp detail form > Properties > Sort by Element Name > Scroll to bottom > Select uuu_spa_amt_tp OR uuu_spa_qty_tp.
3) Click Summary Total > Receive "Alert This data entry is not suitable for defining summary total."
