When attempting to Process New Hire Life Event,
the following error occurs.

The program or plan year enrollment period was not found for this compensation object. (BEN-990167)
Review the enrollment period set up in the program or plan configuration for this life event. This error occurred in the package ben_enrolment_requirements.enrolment_requirements.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefits Administration -> Evaluation
2. Search for the employee
3. Process Life Event-> Evaluate Life event
