Unable To Save Contact In Outlook (Doc ID 2366264.1)

When attempting to save contact in outlook, the following error occurs in Chinese language Outlook

Country is required.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Click on Create Contact at New Sales Cloud item
3. Provide all the required information
4. Click on Save
5. Above error pops-up

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to create Contacts in Outlook
