Symptoms

IDCS has been integrated with Microsoft AD Azure as an Identity provider
The SSO option using Microsoft AD Azure isn't showing on login page, even when the option of : "Shown on the Login Page" has been enabled

SSO testing has been done successfully.

SSO login option using Microsoft Azure isn't showing on the IDCS Login Page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure Microsoft Azure AD with the IDCS as an identity provider

2. Enable the Shown on the Login Page option
