Error creating Account in Outlook: Field "is required" (Doc ID 2366572.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to create account in outlook, the following error occurs.

Registry ID is required.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook Plugin
2. Click on Accounts and click on Create Account
3. Provide all the required information and click on save
4. Above error message appears

There is no RegistryID field in the Outlook form

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to create Accounts in Outlook
